L&D Manager/ Training Manager
up to £43000 - BASED ON £39K + £4k CAR ALLOWANCE rising to £5k at the end of the year - due to the nature of the role you will need to have multi-site training management experience managing a team of trainers and be happy to drive around the Hertfordshire and surround areas.
HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service’s client are seeking an inspirational and motivational Training Manager to cover the southern region, Hertfordshire, Stevenage, St Albans for their corporate health and social care business.
Excellent benefits including up to £39,000 salary, £4k CAR ALLOWANCE rising to £5k at the end of the year, pension, health care options plus possibility for career opportunities.
You will have robust, recent experience as a training manager, managing a team of trainers across multiple sites, across a region, or, nationally.
You could currently be a training manager / peoples development manager/ L&D manager, managing a team of trainers and have first hand experience of delivering training and managing a large team.
The role is home-based Leadership Development covering Hertfordshire
This is an exciting time for a Leadership Development person to join a successful business and a talented team. The role of Leadership Development is ideal for a motivational and inspirational Leadership Development professional to join the business on their journey.
The successful candidate will need to have a Training/ Teaching qualification, Leadership Development experience, and ideally, a CIPD qualification, you will have comprehensive knowledge and experience in developing and facilitating learning and growth programmes within a large and complex organisational setting. This would suit someone who is a training manager, L&D manager, learning and development manager, People development manager.
You have experience in applying all aspects of the training cycle and working consultatively with internal and external customers and providers.
You will have a background in leadership development, organisational development and ideally within the healthcare arena.
The role is integral to creating a culture of learning, continual professional growth and strong, effective, compassionate leadership. It provides an opportunity for you to work consultatively with business stakeholders and external providers to develop and deliver value for money and innovative and impactful learning. The scope of the role includes utilising your training/ L&D expertise to lead on organisational development companywide projects.
This role is home-based with frequent travel
Candidate requirements - essential:
* You will have previously managed a team of trainers and trained in a multi site environment.
* Training/ Teaching qualification, and ideally CIPD qualified, you will have comprehensive knowledge and experience in developing and facilitating learning and growth programmes within a large and complex organisational setting.
* You have experience in applying all aspects of the training cycle and working consultatively with internal and external customers and providers.
* You are a confident communicator who creates credible and professional relationships at all levels.
* You have experience in designing and facilitating high-quality learning resources, using appropriate technology to present a blended approach which delivers quality and value for money.
* You have applied practical knowledge of leading and managing individuals and teams, coaching, and developing existing leaders and working in partnership with other areas and stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
* This may suit a Leadership Manager, OD Manager, OD consultant, organisational development manager, organisational development professional, training manager, training consultant, L&D Manager, L&D consultant, People Development Manager, People development Business Partner, L&D business partner, training partner, HR Business Partner or similar
* within care homes, nursing homes, facilities management, will have trained in either care homes, nursing homes, retirement living, senior living homes, or care in homes health and social care training/leisure, retail, travel, logistics professional services,
