Quality Engineer
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Engineer to work within a Project Delivery Organisation Quality Function. You’ll play a vital part in the success of its goals, supporting Quality Leads in managing daily PDO Quality QA/QC activities, including creating, reviewing, updating and reporting on PDO Quality governance, manufacturing/construction documents.
Responsibilities:
Taking ownership of quality improvements, including developing audit plans, enhancing processes, and using problem-solving techniques to resolve challenges.
Collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders, with occasional travel to project sites within the UK.
Opportunities to take ownership and drive improvements, such as developing processes and procedures, audit plans, implementing new methodologies using problem solving techniques to identify and resolve issues. Skills and Experience:
Industry Experience: Background in Manufacturing/Construction/Engineering/infrastructure and experience working in an ISO 9001-compliant environment.
Project Background: Familiarity with project-based work, implementing and maintaining Quality Governance frameworks, and adhering to regulatory standards.
QA Expertise: Skilled in developing QA procedures, conducting quality checks, identifying non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook and SharePoint, with experience using QA/QC reporting tools. Location: London or Bristol - Hybrid/Remote
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE plus benefits and bonus
