AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY AN EXPERIENCED TENDER MANAGER / PROPOSAL MANAGER / BID MANAGER OR AMBITIOUS BID WRITER / TENDER WRITER TO JOIN A MARKET LEADER IN THE WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING INDUSTRY.
TITLE: Tender Manager / Bid Manager - Waste Management & Recycling

CAREER: My client is a well- recognised name within the Waste Management and Recycling industry. They are now looking to recruit a skilled Tender Manager / Bid Manager looking for a position with long term prospects. They will also consider an experienced Bid Writer / Tender Writer looking for their next step.
LOCATION: Reading
You may have experience writing bids and tenders in or to: Local Authorities / Commercial Businesses / NHS / Healthcare / Waste Management / Facilities Management / Recycling / Construction / Local Authority / Clinical / Aggregates or other related considered
Role- Tender Manager / Bid Manager - Waste Management & Recycling
Managing the preparation and completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ’s), Invitation to Tenders (ITT’s) and tender documents in alignment with customer requirements.
You will oversee the complete bid process from start to finish.
You will have a Tender Assistant reporting into you.
You will undertake occasional site visits and assist in the presentation of tenders and bids to potential clients.
You will manage the flow of documentation and monitor contract notices in a time critical environment.
Experience & Qualifications: Tender Manager / Bid Manager - Waste Management & Recycling
You will have experience Managing Bids / Tenders for Waste & Recycling contracts, or Facilities Manager Contracts including a full waste service provision from Cradle to Grave, Or be a Bid Writer or Tender Writer in the sector looking for a step up.
You will be an excellent communicator highly skilled in verbal and written communications.
You must have good typing skills and be well versed in Microsoft Office.
You will have previous experience of bid and tender writing.
You will have a UK Driving Licence
A Degree or master’s would be an advantage as it demonstrates the ability to research and write reports / dissertations
