Site Manager

Our client requires a Site Manager for an immediate start in the Lincoln area. The works will involve overseeing and managing the managers of sub-contractors as well as internal teams and divisions. The Site Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the health and safety guidelines and completed satisfactorily and in line with the programme. The project will be running until May next year and throughout the duration of the project it will involve the following:

· Site set up

· Tree felling

· Buried service diversion

· Cut and fill

· Borehole works

· Concrete slab

· Installation of dollies and zeus wall panels

Successful Site Managers must have the following:

· A current valid CSCS skills card for working on site as a Site Manager.

· SMSTS and First Aid.

· Experience working as a Site Manager on commercial projects for main contractors.

· Two checkable working references from similar roles as a Site Manager.
