Job Title: Procurement IT Systems and Process Coordinator
Location: Leicestershire
Setup: 3 days On-site, 2 days WFH
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Upto £45,000 pa depending on experience

Role Purpose:
The Procurement Systems and Process Coordinator will be integral in supporting the procurement function, optimising processes, managing proprietary systems, and ensuring streamlined reporting. This role will involve coordination and development, providing valuable insights to support effective supplier collaboration and data governance within the team.
This is a newly established role, providing a unique opportunity for you to shape it according to your vision and contribute your own ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Functional Administration: Manage scheduling, event coordination (conferences, team away days), and onboarding processes. Maintain the Preferred Supplier Portal.
* Supplier Collaboration: Coordinate supplier newsletter content and maintain the supplier contact database.
* System Management: Configure and optimize Procurement SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and Office 365 tools. Act as a superuser for key procurement systems to streamline processes.
* Process Management: Document, review, and update procurement procedures, ensuring data governance.
* Reporting & Analytics: Develop functional reports, track contract balances, and analyze invoices to reduce issues.
* Contract Management: Maintain contract tracker and create workflows for contract approvals and sign-offs.
Requirements:
* Strong skills in system management (SharePoint, Power Platform) and reporting tools (Power BI).
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities with precision.
