Electrical Engineer - Telecoms

Great role working for a high profile telecoms company that requires an Electrical Engineer on an initial 6 month contract.

As an Electrical SME you will actively support designs in: Civils/Steel Frame /Piling and concrete, Special Foundations, End of life and structural failure solutions as well as complete the analysis of Telecom structures.

The role will require you to support an In-House design team, forming electrical calculations, validating, and signing off the work of the wider team as well as proactively support with drawings utilising AutoCAD. Furthermore, a key responsibility will be reviewing new design documentation released ensuring this is adopted into the front-end design process whilst meeting requirements to achieve our first time-right objectives.

Experience needed

• Strong experience and ability to produce Electrical calculations along with checking to BS7671 18th Edition Regs and BS EN 62305 for Lightning Protection.
• Experience of working on Telecoms Design Projects
• Professional work experience in producing Electrical designs for proposed telecoms sites (both new build and upgrade).
