Quantity Surveyor - Fire Protection

Quantity Surveyor required to join a busy contractor in the Fire protection/passive fire sector.

Based in East London, you will be joining a busy team in the fire protection industry, dealing with packages of varying sizes from residential projects to large scale commercial developments.

Duties to include:
Cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting for projects
Liasing with site teams, Stakeholders and clients to maintain accurate data/costings and manage budgets accurately.
Manage risks & opportunities to achieve enhanced margin position.
Produce detailed monthly reports and CVRs
Management of subcontract works packages

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Fire protection sector alongside a relevant QS/Construction related degree/qualification. You will have strong IT package skills and be able to work as a part of a team and alone where required.

A relevant CSCS card will also be benefirical in regard to site visits.
