As the new Primary teacher, you will:

Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support each student's development.
Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage growth.
Contribute to the wider school community through participation in school events and initiatives.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a dynamic educator who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience in primary education, ideally with Key Stage 2.
Brings a strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is organised, adaptable, and enthusiastic about fostering a love of learning.
