Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Description
Job Duties:
Act as the primary point of contact for residents within the construction site
Manage and resolve resident queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate and facilitate communication between residents and the construction team
Ensure residents are informed about construction activities, schedules, and potential disruptions
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure resident safety
Assist in organising community events and initiatives to foster positive relationships with residents
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Organisational skills with attention to detail
Education:
GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
Experience:
Prior experience in a customer service or liaison role
Experience working in the construction industry is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of construction processes and terminology
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant vocational qualifications in construction or customer service
First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
Full-time hours with occasional weekend work may be required
Work primarily conducted on-site in a construction environment
Interaction with residents and construction team members on a daily basis
