Bid Writer South London

CRG are looking for an experienced Bid Writer / Estimator to join a Ceramics Commercial fit-out company based in South London

We invite applicants who have Estimation experience in the construction, house build or structures industries, get in contact for the opportunity to work with One of the leading players within the Construction industry focusing on Ceramic Sector

Main Duties:

* Support estimating team in collation of estimates and contractors proposals

* Undertake take offs and quantities to provide detailed cost proposals

* Liaise directly with both clients, sub-contractors and suppliers

* Create enquiry packages including detailed scope of works and attendances to meet the clients brief, issue and engage with supply chain and manage the prompt return of information.

* Understand and apply mark-up / margin

Requirements;

* Experience in construction or structures industry – essential

* Experience within the Ceramics / Stone / Tiling Sectors - essential

* Strong capability with Microsoft Office – essential

* Basic understanding of construction drawings – essential
