Job Title: Multi Trade Carpenter

Location: Norwich

Start Date: ASAP - Contract position with potential for Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 16:00 - Friday 3pm finish

Salary: £19.50per hour CIS DOE trade skills and experience

Must have own van and tools to begin with

Company & Project:

ARC Group are recruiting for experienced Multi Traders for a well established housing associations contractor. The successful candidate should have experience working on maintenance projects and be responsible for the repairs and maintenance works within the Norwich area.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Multi Trader:

• As the Multi Trader preferably have experience of working on a planned and reactive works schemes.
• As the Multi Trader you'll complete allocated works within carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing & electrical and plastering and minor repairs.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Multi Trader:

• Valid UK driving licence (Essential)
• Must have experience in a wide range of trades
• Experience working on maintenance projects
• Health and Safety Aware
