Housing Patch Manager

I am currently working with my client in Nottingham to recruit for a Housing Officer on an interim basis.

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
Contract Length: 3 Months (Potential for Extension)
Salary: £22-£26 per hour (via Umbrella)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee rent management, ensuring timely payments and addressing any arrears.
• Manage tenancies, including handling tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Provide support and guidance to tenants to ensure tenancy sustainment.
• Respond to councillor enquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Conduct regular home visits to assess tenant well-being and compliance.
• Address and manage incidents of anti-social behaviour when necessary.
