Job Description
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the £16 million transformation of a high-profile music venue in Kensington. This role requires exceptional project leadership, budget management, and fit-out expertise, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of a premium, high-spec venue.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of the fit-out, coordinating with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
* Budget & Financial Control: Manage the £16M budget, tracking costs, approving invoices, and optimizing value without compromising quality.
* Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance, including acoustic, AV, and safety requirements.
* Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
* Risk & Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively addressing risks to meet milestones.
Required Qualifications
* Experience: 10+ years in project management, with significant experience in high-value fit-outs (preferably in entertainment/hospitality sectors).
* Certifications: PMP, ChPP, or equivalent, with NEBOSH/SMSTS preferred.
* Skills: Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera), strong budgeting, leadership, and communication skills.
