Job Description
Our client is a London-based creative events agency, known for transforming client visions into impactful, engaging experiences. From corporate conferences to bespoke activations, their team delivers exceptional events tailored to captivate audiences and exceed expectations. They are looking for a 1 year Maternity cover with the possibility of a permanent contract.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead a dedicated team to plan and execute high-profile corporate events (Apply online only) attendees). Your main focus will be on managing every aspect of production:
Project manage events from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary contact.
Oversee budgets, team assignments, and on-the-day logistics.
Handle everything from venue sourcing and AV coordination to delegate and speaker management.What Experience You’ll Need
Proven background in agency event production, with expertise in corporate events.
Strong team leadership and budget management skills.
