Salary: Up to 32,500 GBP + up to 5,000 GBP in tips per year

Main duties and responsibilities: As aBreakfast Chefyou will work as a member of the kitchen team and to ensure that the breakfasts are always presented and produced to the highest possible standard.

Key tasks of aBreakfast Chefinclude:
- Carry out food preparation in any area of the kitchen, as requested.
- Ensure that all work areas are kept clean, tidy and rubbish free at all times.
- Use equipment as shown, safely and in accordance with health and safety procedures.
- Look at ways to improve the performance and efficiency of the kitchen.
- Work closely with the team to deliver the highest possible standard of service to guests.

Essential criteria: You will have experience of working in a similar role. You will have an excellent attitude towards learning, be passionate about good quality cuisine and show dedication to your career. A stable background is desired for this position. NVQs or equivalent would be advantageous, as well as experience in a Rosette standard establishment
