The Role

As the Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate the brand, enhance customer engagement, and support their sales goals. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals and work closely with leadership to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Strategy: Lead the creation of a multi-channel marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all marketing platforms (digital, print, social media, and events).
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt strategies for maximum effectiveness.
• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI on campaigns.
• Digital Marketing: Optimize online presence through SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, development, and other internal teams to support overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role, ideally within the real estate or related industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and real estate market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyse data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
