Job Description
Claire Joster on behalf of our client, a globally recognized manufacturer known for high-quality fasteners and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client's market presence in the UK.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to enhance the sales strategy and product offerings.
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry or Industrial Manufacturing and related products, with a preference for experience in fasteners.
- Experience selling manufactured products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to travel as required within the UK.
