Job Advert: Multiple Commercial Roles in Defence Sector

Location: Bristol, Portsmouth, Barrow-in-Furness

Salary: Up to £50k for junior roles, up to £70k for senior roles

Security Clearance: Required

Roles Available:

• Commercial Officer (up to £50k)
• Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Defence industry.
• Understanding of the full contract lifecycle, including negotiation, reviewing Terms and Conditions, and contract management.
• Experience in customer-facing roles within Defence.
• Commercial Manager (up to £70k)
• Requirements:
• Extensive experience within the Defence industry.
• Proven ability to manage the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiations to execution.
• Expertise in customer-facing roles, managing complex contracts and delivering on key milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and negotiate contracts throughout the full lifecycle.
• Review and ensure compliance with Terms and Conditions.
• Engage with Defence sector customers, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and strategic goals.
• Lead and support contract management activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all contractual obligations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in Commercial roles within the Defence sector.
• Ability to work on the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation to contract management.
• Customer-facing experience is highly desired.

Security Clearance:

• All roles require Security Clearance or the ability to obtain it.

Location:

• Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bristol, Portsmouth, or Barrow-in-Furness.
