Projects are local and tend to be schools / commercial / industrial.
The role Involves overseeing the planning and delivery of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget. Taking on responsibility for organising logistics, delegating work, and keeping on track of spending.
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will be expected to use good communication to liaise with clients and construction professionals to arrange schedules and direct activities.
Responsibilities:
The Mechanical Project Manager that joins this team will have the ability to work accurately and methodically, sometimes under pressure and strict deadlines. You'll need to have input at design stage and be able to manage the process from start to finish. Good time management and organisational skills will be invaluable to help keep projects on a realistic timescale and budget. This involves selecting and leading a project team, whilst ensuring you are aware of all details so you can keep the client up to date. The Mechanical Project Manager role demands an in depth understanding of construction processes and guidelines for effective planning of work schedules and site management.
