Job Description
Do you currently sit billing in a busy office all day do you want your own commission pot that is uncapped? Would you like flexibility to work remotely 2 days 3 days or even 5 days a week?
Frontline Recruitment is looking for EXPERIENCED Recruitment Consultants to join our National team, we have 2 hubs where you can work from or if you prefer teams and work from home no problem fully remote! Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, a professional image, and can be a team player.
This will be your own desk as you know what your doing there is support on hand if you need it,
We’re looking for a results driven, self-motivated and dedicated person with resilience, and dedication to succeed who would like more freedom and flexibility to work around you, We are flexible with hybrid working as it will be your desk to manage so a mixture of time between the office client visits and home as it is important to us that the job fits around you as well and your work life balance maybe if that is due to childcare or other commitments.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct phone calls to prospective clients and candidates.
* Gaining client and candidate traction
* Business development
* Follow up with candidates to see if they are interested in the position.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions.
* Maintain a high level of client engagement and generate new business.
* Communicate with candidates regularly via phone or email.
Experience:
* 1-3 years of recruiting experience with monthly billing desk
* Previous experience in sales, business development
Sector can be dependent on you we have a strong footing in Industrial Logistics engineering and commercial but if you have worked previously in another sector then we are very open for the discussion
