Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well respected University client. This role will see the successful candidate draft and negotiate a variety of research based contracts.
This is a fully remote role with an initial 3 month duration.
Duties will include:
- Non disclosure agreements
- Commercial collaboration agreements
- Sub-contracts agreements
- Material transfers and commercial service agreements
- Consultancy agreements
- Liaising with a range of key stakeholders both internal and external
Previous Higher Education experience is highly desirable however candidates with similar experience gained elsewhere in the public or private sectors are encouraged to apply
Intellectual property experience would be advantageous but not essential.
