Energy and Sustainability Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity for an established Energy & Sustainability Consultant to join a growing environmental specialist consultancy in the Greater Manchester area and work on a range of exciting BREEAM and building physics related projects.
Key responsibilities for an Energy and Sustainability Consultant include:
Provide advice and guidance to clients on BREEAM, Embodied Carbon and operational carbon to achieve zero carbon design
Use industry knowledge of BREEAM and WELL to work alongside the design team and help deliver exemplary projects
Provide sustainable design solutions to the planning, pre-planning, and concept design stages of projects
Work on and lead residential, commercial, and regeneration projects across the UKThe ideal Energy and Sustainability Consultant will have:
Relevant degree within an environmental science or sustainability discipline
Strong experience as a Sustainability Consultant or Engineer within the construction industry
Working experience delivering BREEAM Assessments with a BREEAM Assessor qualification being advantageous
Experience with IES-VE software and carrying out energy modelling for dwellings and non-dwellings
Having LCA and OneClick software experience would be desirable
Strong attention to detail and "can do" attitudeBenefits of the role include:
