Role Overview:
As a Smart Meter Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of smart meters. You will play a crucial role in enhancing energy efficiency and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install and configure smart meters in residential properties.
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on smart metering systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to smart meter functionality.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
* Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of installations and services provided.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
* Previous experience in smart meter installation and maintenance.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites.
