Social Housing Site Manager - Kitchens and Bathrooms

I'm looking for a Social Housing Site Manager for a Kitchens and Bathrooms contract in Coventry. This is a permanent position from day one with a tier 1 contractor with a national presence.

the Social Housing Site Manager - Kitchens and Bathrooms will be required to:

Manage DLO and Subcontractors
Organise the workloads of operatives
Ensure materials are ordered and delivered
Liaise with tenants and the client regularly
Ensure H&S is adhered to
Pre and Post inspections
Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Social Housing Site Manager - Kitchens and Bathrooms that:

Holds their CSCS Black or White Card
Holds their SMSTS
Has experience with Social Housing Refurb contracts
Has experience with Kitchen and Bathroom Programmes
Holds a Full UK Driving Licence
and in return, the Social Housing Site Manager - Kitchens and Bathrooms will receive:

£44,000 - £48,000 a year salary
£5,000 car allowance
Salary sacrifice option for EV Cars
26 days annual leave + bank holiday
