Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
Tier 1 Main Contractor (Life Sciences Division)
Pay Rate: £475 - £500 per day (Outside IR35)

We’re hiring two Quantity Surveyors to oversee either the Mechanical or Electrical packages on a prestigious Laboratory and Commercial Office fit-out in Central London. If you’re experienced in managing complex construction packages and are ready to make your mark, this could be your next big opportunity.
The Role:
Positions Available: Mechanical Quantity Surveyor & Electrical Quantity Surveyor
Reporting to: MEP Commercial Lead
Project Phase: Currently in the shell and core phase with at least 18 months of work ahead
PCSA Duration: 3 months Pre-Construction Services Agreement
MEP Package Value: £30 millionKey Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the Mechanical or Electrical package, working closely with specialists across various facets of construction
