Salary Range: £84 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediately
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering dynamic lessons and ensuring that all students receive the assistance necessary for academic success.
Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant:
Work with the class teacher to deliver inclusive lessons tailored to diverse needs.
Support daily activities to foster an engaging learning environment.
Provide focused assistance to small groups and students needing extra help.
Build positive student relationships, supporting social, emotional, and academic growth.
Track and report student progress to inform and enhance learning strategies.
Requirements of the Teaching Assistant:
Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
A proactive, compassionate approach to supporting students and adapting to their unique needs.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour to connect effectively with students and staff.
A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students thrive.
Prior experience in a teaching assistant role is beneficial.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to adapt to various classroom dynamics.
Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
