Job Description
Our three-year HR Programme offers comprehensive experience, blending factory and central HR functions to equip you with the skills and knowledge for senior HR roles.
Programme Highlights
- Diverse Placements: Work in both factory settings and central HR functions to gain a well-rounded understanding of HR at Bakkavor.
- Pathway Options: Choose a preferred pathway in your third year to tailor your experience.
- Comprehensive Exposure: Engage with all HR facets, including People Services, Systems, Resourcing, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Performance & Talent Management, HR Analytics, Employment Law, and Reward Management.

By the end of the program, aim for a Senior HR Business Partner role within 5-7 years, with a career path tailored to your interests and strengths.

- This programme acts as a route into senior management roles. Due to Bakkavor’s size and breadth, we can work with you to identify the right career opportunities for your professional development.
Salary
- Year 1: £30,000 + £1,000 one-off signing-on bonus (Paid November 25)
- Year 2: £33,000
- Year 3: £35,000
