My client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team, with the option to work from either their Southampton or Salisbury office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in both commercial and residential property work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of commercial and residential property transactions.
• Oversee the sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters.
• Facilitate the acquisition and sale of properties for development, including land promotion, options, and conditional contracts.
• Act on behalf of lenders and pension schemes.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
