**Duration:** Permanent Position
**Salary:** £12,50ph
**Hours:** 50 hours per week

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Labour / Concrete Operator to join our team in Truro. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in our busy precast yard, working on various construction projects.
**Responsibilities:**
* Operate concrete production equipment and machinery
* Assist in the manufacturing process of precast concrete products
* Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets
* Participate in on-the-job training and development programs
