Deputy Head of Premium Processing

We have a very exciting opportunity for a Senior Premium Processing Technician/Team Leader to

work for one of our major clients as Deputy Head of Premium Processing where you will be managing a small and busy team.

The work pillar you will be supporting covers Property, Construction, Professional and Financial Risks, Global Casualty, UK and Ireland.

Ideally we are looking for someone with in-depth Binder experience who has at least 3-5 years experience in a Team Leader/Senior Premium Processing, who is looking for their next step up in terms of responsibility and seniority.

Ideally you will also be a confident user of Global XB (GXB)

This is a wide ranging role which will include:

• responsible for monitoring income for the Pillar ahead of month end and reporting any failures/wins to the Head of Finance.
• Will be responsible for reviewing RFT (Right First Time) Stats from the bureau and cascading outputs to the team to drive improvement.
• Be the first point of contact should SME colleagues be unable to assist
• Managing your teams output and carrying out performance reviews etc. Including arranging any relevant Training and Development that is required by the team
