Location: Based from home with travel to sites when and where required

Our Client provide bespoke steel solutions to key industries, including building, bridges, civil engineering, marine, pharmaceutical, power, rail, and pipework. Operating from our specialist steel fabrication facility in Ireland, they ensure excellence from design to fabrication, site delivery, and erection.
Role Overview
As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a wide array of projects across the UK. This senior role requires strategic oversight from tender through to project completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. You will liaise with clients and stakeholders, manage on-site operations, and drive process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from tender to completion, including design ensuring they meet budget and schedule requirements.
- Oversee the supply chain, ensuring the timely delivery of materials.
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to meet project specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee site works, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and project outcomes.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Contracts Management experience in steel fabrication and site work in either a main contractor or sub-contractor
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Full driving license required.
- Experience in managing teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Degree qualified would be highly desirable
