Full-Time Kitchen Assistant/Kitchen Porter - Contract Catering Site - £12.62p/h - Liss

Key information:

Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £12.62 per hour
Hours: 40 hours, Early 0630 - 1500
Late 1000- 1830 1 or 2 weekends per month, all over time paid
Start: ASAP pending DBS (paid for by the site)

This position allows for a great work/life balance as well as progression within the defence side of a well known contract catering company.


You will be working in a great kitchen environment as a kitchen assistant which means you will support wiht food prep but also you will be portering in the was up area.


You will:

* Ideally have experience working within catering
* Have a progressive career to date
* Have good Health & Safety knowledge
* Be able to work within set budgets
* Be familiar with training and coaching a team
* Be up to date with current food trends
