Job Opportunity: Site Foreman Residential Development Location: Newtownards Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) Role: Permanent We are seeking a Site Foreman to oversee the development of a 35-unit private housing project in Newtownards. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary, offering an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to lead the on-site team and ensure the project is completed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations for the residential development Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and on-site workers Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met Enforce health and safety regulations Liaise with the project manager and stakeholders to provide updates on progress Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar role, ideally within residential developments Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to manage teams effectively and meet deadlines Knowledge of health and safety standards Availability: We are looking for someone available to start within the next few weeks.
