Head of Reporting - Mirova

You join the Reporting Team for Listed Funds and Private Assets as a Manager, where you are responsible for supervising teams during production exercises, ensuring continuous improvement of associated processes and systems, to upgrade market best practices and consolidate and control data.

This critical role involves team management, project management, harmonized reporting practices, and cross-team collaboration to ensure quality and consistency of reporting.

On a daily basis, your job is to:

• Oversee the production of ESG/SFDR reports, ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met, ensure consistency of data sources, and manage priorities to ensure efficient production;
• Monitor competitor reporting practices to identify trends and opportunities, while delivering innovations in ESG reporting to maintain a competitive advantage;
• Ensure the compliance of ESG/SFDR reports with changes in standards and customer expectations, implement continuous improvements based on stakeholder feedback and participate in process automation to optimize operational efficiency;
• Coordinate with the Research team to collect relevant ESG/SFDR data and implement quality control processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting in relation to the Management teams;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client requests and proactively communicate with investors to answer their questions about the financial and ESG performance of managed assets;
• Ensure the quality and relevance of the content of factsheets and regular reports to meet customer needs and promote the impact of Mirova.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education in finance or management, you have at least 10 years of experience in similar positions. Expertise in ESG, SFDR, and financial reporting in the field of asset management (factsheet) is also required.

You are familiar with:

• Project management and process automation;
• SFDR standards and regulations for ESG reporting;
• Analysis and interpretation of complex data.

You have great relationship and listening skills, you are:

• Valued for your communication and team management skills;
• Known for your innovation and cross-team collaboration.

You master English with a B2 level.
