This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with a blend of remote work and on-site responsibilities at our office in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing department and drive the overall marketing strategy for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and innovative marketing techniques. As CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Oversee the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage the budget for the marketing department, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
• Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or in a similar senior marketing role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
