Senior Manager API ConsultingBusiness EnvironmentWithin Travel Distribution, the Customer Operations division is in charge of maximizing customer success. At every point of the customer journey from onboarding new solutions to everyday usage, we support our customers via our global expertise, our scale advantage, our footprint, and our digitalization capability. Our group encompasses several key roles from Delivery Management to Implementation Services, Consulting and Bespoke, Customer Care Management, Learning & Knowledge Management, Security & Compliance, etc. We aim to make our services a core component of the Amadeus offering, allowing us to differentiate. We strive to create and deploy a digitalization path that powers a simple, efficient, and seamless usage of our solutions by our customers (and ourselves). Within Customer Operations, Consulting and Bespoke provides expert consulting and bespoke development services to maximize the success of our customers when they use Amadeus technologies. Our expert recommendations and tailored solutions accompany our customers when they are looking to better integrate our content, products, and solutions within their own ecosystem.
Your Main ResponsibilitiesGuide the API Consulting department in charge of:
Supporting customers during their integration of Amadeus solutions through the API.
Providing advice/consulting to customers to optimize their existing usage of Amadeus API.
Working with Business Domains to enhance the usability of Travel Distribution solutions. This department is in charge of all regions and is composed of 5 teams today (NORAM, LATAM, WEMEA, NECSE, APAC). It handles all the API consulting activity for Travel Sellers, whatever the solution.
Implement the strategy into actionable plans for your area. This includes plans for the development, optimization, and monetization of our API consulting services for Travel Distribution customers, collaborating closely with the sales and account management teams.
Define, guide, and implement effective communication channels with key stakeholders worldwide.
Guide the innovation process in API. Contribute to defining the department strategy and vision together with leaders and peers.
Develop API consultants and managers, keeping them engaged.
Ensure business continuity and improve ways of working for all consultants globally.
