Job Description

Luminate doesn’t just make grants; we build partnerships with our grantees. We form trust-based relationships with organisations who share our aspirations for impact, we learn about their goals and obstacles, and we offer them “beyond-the-grant" support. We believe that more effective organisations deliver greater impact, and we believe we have a role to play in building a more accountable, equitable, trust-based philanthropic sector. Therefore, Luminate offers monetary and non-monetary support to our grantee partners, overseen by the Partner Support team.
