Network Administrator - Routing & Switching

Responsibilities : - Proven experience in a network administrator role. - Ability to set up and configure server hardware and Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired. - Management/maintenance of hardware, Laptops and other devices. - Monitoring and maintaining cloud servers. - Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and soft ware to meet company objectives. - Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure. - Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching. - Familiarity with backup and recovery soft ware and methodologies. - Working knowledge of AWS services. - Assisting with onboarding and offboarding. Required Skills : - At least 3-5 years of experience as IT Administration & Support. - Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats. - Creating and helping us drive IT processes keeping in mind all IT security and compliance. - Maintain and track IT equipment, records, and soft ware licensing. - Provide after-hours support for planned maintenance and on-call emergency support when required. - Physical Assets Verification activity. - Disposal of assets as on when required. - Track all IT assets throughout its lifecycle. - Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration. - Should be organized and flexible on timing.
