Offering: £11.44 - £25.00 per annum dependant on experience (weekly pay)
Full time, temp to perm contract

We are recruiting for a Multi Tradesperson to undertake a wide range of maintenance works in tenanted properties and communal areas which include decorating, joinery and general maintenance and repairs.

The Role:

• Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property.
• Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance with company policy.
• Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales.
• Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Coordination Team
• To comply with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directives.
• To deliver fabric repairs in both occupied and void properties.
• To undertake out of hours callout duties as per rota requirements.

The Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday between 7am-5pm

The Location: Lowdham, NG14

The Person:

• Essential: Previous experience in a similar role
• Essential: City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in joinery or similar discipline OR Time served apprenticeship in a relevant trade
• Essential: Current full UK driving licence
• Experience in joinery and tiling along with basic plumbing and plastering would be desirable
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Must be able to follow security and safety processes
• Essential: Must be able to pass a enhanced DBS check
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Strong Time Management
• Good IT skills
• Good awareness and understanding of personal health and safety , method statements and risk assessments
