General Maintenance Operative

We are currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Operative for our well known Client in Hull.

This is a hand on role - helping to upkeep and maintain the Estate.

This role is on going for up to 6 months.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm and is paying £12.85ph

Your Time at Work
No day will be the same in this role as its very varied. Typical daily duties could include
- General Estate cleaning - Sweeping - emptying bins, blowing leaves
- Manual task - such as digging and lifting - so must be physical fit
- General Contractor assistance
- Minor Repairs - Depending on skill level

Our Perfect Worker
Our Ideal worker will have experience in this kind of role, we would love to hear from anyone who have experience and tickets to use equipment such as strimmers and hedge trimmers etc.

The worker must be comfortable working outdoors in all conditions and be physically fit as there will eb some heavy lifting involved within the role
