Job Description
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a specialist Ground Works, Earthworks & Civil Engineering company and due to company growth, they are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team based with the Coventry region.
This is a permanent, full-time role, with 7.30am-4pm working hours Monday to Friday.
The main duties include the responsibility for the following:
* Complete computerised VAT returns and submit to HMRC
* To verify suppliers and customers for VAT (checking VAT numbers with HMRC)
* Process the correct input and output VAT from purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices
* Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) monthly reports
* Supporting payroll team
* Operating QuickBook accounting system
