Voids Supervisor

I'm looking for a Voids Supervisor to oversee empty social housing properties as they're refurbished back to a lettable standard. This role will be working in Birmingham, and the majority of works will be subcontractor led.

The role will entail managing multiple subcontractors refurbishing multiple (up to 15 at a time) void properties at once around Birmingham, where the successful Voids Supervisor will be expected to:

Mange Subcontractors
Ensure H&S processes are adhered to
Carry out site Inductions & Inspections
Carry out Subcontractor reviews and performance analysis
Liaise with your contract manager and council representatives to ensure standards of work are adhered to
Ensure Void properties are handed over on the correct timescale
Ideally, I'm looking for a Voids Supervisor that:

Has experience in social housing supervisory positions
Has managed teams of subcontractors previously
Holds their SSSTS/SMSTS
And in return, the successful Voids Supervisor will receive:

£42,500 - £45,000 annual salary
Company van (or car/van allowance if preferred)
5% annual bonus
