Were on the lookout for a Marketing & Communications Executive to supercharge our marketing team and help us make an impact across our diverse portfolio, including housebuilding, commercial, and build-to-rent sectors.

This role is only for Isle of Man residents who hold a visa.

What Youll Do

• Shape our Story Support the execution of advertising and marketing plans across our regions, and create engaging content that speaks to our audience.
• Inspire & Coordinate Brief and collaborate with our in-house design team, bringing ideas to life with impactful visuals.
• Make Waves Assist in crafting press releases that turn heads and digital campaigns that drive engagement.
• Create & Connect Schedule and manage content for our social channels, building an active and engaged community.
• Craft Compelling Copy Write captivating blogs, social posts, and marketing materials that resonate and inspire action.
• Bring Ideas to Life Help produce and distribute promotional materials, brochures, and more, ensuring our brand is always front and center.
• Collaborate & Communicate Work with internal and external suppliers to nail every deadline, keeping projects running smoothly.
• Support & Grow Provide essential support to the Marketing Manager and learn from the best in the business.

What you will have:

• At least 12 months xperience in similar role
• Thorough working knowledge with the Microsoft suite
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure
• Ability to bring energy and precision to everything you do.
