Responsibilities Of :
Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme
Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines
Participate in safety initiatives
Maintain site cleanliness and presentation on site at all times
Manage sub-contractors, including monitoring of contractor attendance and progress

Experience Assistant Site Manager:
Experience working on new build projects
Experience in the management of Health and Safety
Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour
In depth knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade and the relevant legislative requirements
