We are currently seeking a Enterprise Technology Platform Lead, reporting directly to Director – Enterprise Architecture to join the team.

About The Role:

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

1. Coordinate Platform Strategy and Architecture
   • Drive Platform owners in the construction of their multi-year roadmap based on business requirements.
   • Assist Platform owners in the definition of the business services they deliver.
   • Be accountable for the company portfolio of platforms to support diverse use cases, business needs, and stakeholders’ abilities.
   • Be accountable for the quality of the platform capabilities description.
   • Deploy the company strategy regarding citizen development.
   • Partner with the business to ensure good prioritization of initiatives.
2. Drive technology architecture modernization
   • Provide pre-approved platform services to accelerate and ease solutions development and delivery, and reduce time spent awaiting approvals.
   • Organize analysis of the impact of alternative IT solutions.
   • Clarify value proposition for modernization.
   • Enable platform teams to offload some monotonous solution delivery activities through a light approval process.
   • Embed self-service architectural guidance within delivery workflows to facilitate high-quality solutions delivery.
   • Systematically reduce technical debt by assisting platform owners to define service roadmap and develop incentives for product teams to adopt state-of-the-art technologies.

About You:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Architecture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Architecture skill validated by a certification (TOGAF is a plus).
• Proven experience in the deployment of an enterprise architecture platform program.
• Ability to maintain a mid-term/long-term mindset while keeping pragmatism.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in architecture.
• Knowledge of emerging data & AI technologies and trends, and a passion for staying updated with the latest developments in the field.
