Are you ready to launch your own building services team as part of one of the UK’s most entrepreneurial design consultancies?

This multi-disciplinary practice has a substantial workload in place for you to manage and springboard your own team from while making use of existing teams around the country

We’re looking for someone who is currently a Director or Associate Director within a building services design consultancy, or has previously been there prior to joining a contracting organisation or going in-house.

You’ll need to have a background in mechanical or electrical (or possibly Public Health) design before moving into management.

The company is highly values led with sustainability focused practice at its heart and it’s an ethos which has served them well; they still have one of their original partners on the board having grown to being a national name with global influence.

The initial projects will be coming from sister companies, so is secure. There is ample resource to draw upon and all the backing you could wish for to solidify relationships with internal clients while building links with external organisations.

The rewards package is made up of salary, car/travel allowance, share options, bonuses and the usual mix of insurances, enhanced holidays and pension scheme.

Practically, you’ll need to be based within London or home counties area, happy to work from one of several sites within the M25 on a hybrid basis and visit the teams supporting you elsewhere in the country.
