ModuleCo Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager on a full time, permanent contract. This role is home / field based and you can be based anywehere in the UK. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending upon experience.

The Maintenance Manager role:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance activities across the company’s high-value healthcare assets. This will include site inspections of the company’s healthcare building portfolio, plus the management of the specialist supply chain of subcontractors who are responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance of the critical healthcare plant and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and facilities management, preferably within a healthcare setting including the NHS. Previous experience or a qualification within an engineering discipline (ventilation for example) would be advantageous.
As our Maintenance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Management of Planned & Reactive Maintenance Duties: Supporting the maintenance team to ensure all planned and reactive maintenance activities are carried out across the range of assets in a professional and timely manner.
* Sites Inspection and Reporting: Inspection of the company’s healthcare assets across the UK and reporting of findings to maintenance team and senior management.
* Defect Management: Management and resolution of defects following successful delivery of projects.
* Liaison with End-User: Keeping in close contact with the end-users to always ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
* Review of Documentation and Implementation of Recommendations: Effective review of service reports and implementation of works recommended to ensure assets are kept in excellent and fully complaint condition.
* Management of Sub-Contractors: Ensure sub-contractors are carrying out timely attendance and effective fault management and servicing across the healthcare facilities.
What we're looking for in our Maintenance Manager:
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of facilities management and mechanical plant, preferably within the healthcare sector.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and problem solving, with the ability to engage with end-users and senior management.
* Flexible Working: Due to the nature of the role, the candidate may be required to work unsociable hours on occasion.
* Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple sites and priorities simultaneously.
* Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Full UK Driving License:
