Modular Team Members
Location: Carlton on Trent, Nottinghamshire
For over two decades the JRL Group has grown from a company specialising in sub and superstructure packages, to a business that offers managed integrated construction solutions, with an annual turnover in excess of over £860m.
In 2022 JRL acquired a 130,000 sq. metre manufacturing complex and has developed this into a state of the art manufacturing facility supplying modular apartments, bathrooms and utility cupboards to its onsite projects.
Due to continued growth we are seeking new recruits to join our team.

THE ROLE
To work within a designated team to safely complete tasks on time to the correct quality standards.
No previous experience is required as full training is provided along with all the necessary tools and equipment.
DUTIES
To complete tasks in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
Ensure all Company procedures are followed.
To undertake any training as required, and to also assist in the training of other team members in the tasks you are proficient at.
Ensure factory areas and your work space is kept tidy and clear and that a high level of housekeeping is maintained.
To work safely and take responsibility for the Health & Safety of yourself and your colleagues.
Any other duties required by factory supervisors.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
A flexible Team player with a responsive and can do attitude.
Ability to follow a process and work to targets – H&S, Quality and Productivity.
Punctual with an excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills
