As part of our exciting growth, we are looking for a CAD Technician to join our Technical Department and contribute to our innovative projects.

The Role:
As a CAD Technician, you will play a critical role in creating and managing detailed technical drawings for a variety of ground engineering projects. You’ll be part of a team that delivers quality designs and solutions on time, ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a wide range of projects from the outset, providing you with a chance to contribute directly to their success.
Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality, accurate, and detailed technical drawings using CAD software (2D and 3D) to support ground engineering projects.
* Ensure drawings are in line with project requirements and comply with industry and company standards.
* Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop designs that meet functional and regulatory requirements.
* Produce supporting documentation for manufacture, installation, and ongoing maintenance of systems.
* Maintain organized records and adhere to company filing procedures.
* Work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Take on any other tasks as required to support the team and company.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can contribute to our diverse and fast-paced team. While experience in ground engineering is desirable, it’s not essential, as we’re happy to consider candidates with CAD experience in other sectors. What’s most important is your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Essential skills and experience:
* Experience in a similar CAD Technician role.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings.
* Good understanding of industry standards and regulations.
* Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Desirable:
* Experience in the ground engineering or construction industry.
