Job Opportunity: Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary

Location: Wolverhampton
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a highly skilled Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our client's Wolverhampton team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a residential conveyancing department, providing essential support to conveyancing solicitors. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Dictation & Document Production: Create legal documents and correspondence via digital dictation.
  2. Diary Management: Organise appointments and meetings while managing the solicitors diary for smooth operations.
  3. File Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of client files, including opening, closing, and ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in a residential conveyancing department.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills. Familiarity with legal IT systems is a plus.
  • Professionalism: High level of client care, teamwork, and attention to detail.
